How this site makes money (today: it doesn't)

Routebook Vietnam currently has no affiliate relationships, no sponsored content, and no advertising. Some pages link to booking platforms (rail and bus ticket sites) so you can check schedules and prices — those links are plain links, marked “Bookings (external)”, with no tracking parameters. If we ever join an affiliate program, every monetized link will be labeled on the page and this paragraph will change with a dated note.

How we verify facts

Every route leg is labeled Verified (it matches a dated source we fetched ourselves, linked at the bottom of the page) or Estimate (our planning band — treat it as a range and confirm when booking). Prices are indicative bands in USD, not quotes. Transport in Vietnam changes seasonally; always confirm times when you book.

What we never do

• No accounts, no logins, no email capture.
• No cookies and no third-party tracking — your saved plans live only in your own browser.
• No selling or collecting personal data. There is nothing to collect.
• No paid placement in route rankings or templates.
